Fernhill Stud offers for sale or Tender. 4 two year old colts 3 three year old geldings 1 three year old colt and 1 three year old filly. All purpose bred competition jumping horses.

Fernhill Stud has been breeding competition jumping horses for over 25 years.We have developed a broodmare herd which has resulted in the stud being the leading stud at the National Showjumping Breeders Championships for many years.We have been using top European frozen semen to lift the talent and rideability of our horses. Fernhill Stud’s policy is to sell every year all their horses at 2 and 3 years old.

All horses for sale will be run in from the paddock, they are grass fed and in the natural.

Further Inspection

All the horses for Sale can be inspected by arrangement. They have all been ‘free-jumped’ and photographed to show their jump and technique. This catalogue has been prepared to show the breeding and photos of the horses for sale. The horses are numbered and named for identification.

Fernhill Stud offers to successful buyers a grazing deal of $5+ gst a day and a breaking in deal of $1200+gst.

We are targeting the New Zealand market and are looking forward to our horses competing in the age group system. We have great faith in the ability of our New Zealand riders young and old to develop these horses to their full potential.

All genuine buyers will be given the results of the tender.
